About LAN Perú
LAN Perú was a Peruvian Airline based in the country’s capital, Santiago de Chile. In 2012, the Brazilian branch of TAM Airlines merged with LAN to form LATAM Airlines Group. LAN Perú was predominant in Chile and Peru, but also was one of the largest airlines in Latin America. It was the second largest airline for Argentina, Colombia and Ecuador. The airline's main hub was Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport located in the Chilean capital.
