Cebu Pacific Air Inc., operating as Cebu Pacific, is a Philippine low-cost airline based at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Manila Terminal 3), Pasay City, Metro Manila, in the Philippines. The airline offers flights to numerous international destinations, and operates from six strategically placed hubs: Manila, Cebu, Clark, Kalibo, Iloilo and Davao. It's main base is Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Manila, with other hubs at Mactan-Cebu International Airport, Clark International Airport, Kalibo International Airport, Francisco Bangoy International Airport and Iloilo International Airport.
Cebu Pacific Air currently operates a fleet of 49 Airbus (8 A319, 35 A320 and 6 A330) and 8 ATR 72-500 aircraft, one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the world. Between 2016 and 2021, Cebu Pacific will take delivery of three more Airbus A320, 30 Airbus A321neo and 16 ATR 72-600 aircraft orders. Aside from its 30 international destinations, Cebu Pacific also creates an extensive network across the Philippines with its 34 domestic destinations.

Carry-on Baggage
The carry-on baggage for Cebu Pacific airlines is one peice of hand luggage with a maximum weight of 7kg. The baggage must not exceed dimensions of 56cm x 36cm x 23cm.
Checked Baggage
Cebu Pacific does not have a free checked baggage allowance. One prepaid item is permitted per passenger. The option to buy baggage closes 4 hours prior to departure. The airline cannot accept baggage that is heavier than 30kg per piece.

Cebu Pacific Pets and Service Animals
Cebu Pacific only allows animals onto flights with passengers on flights to and from the United States when the passenger is in need of a service animal. Service animals are those which are trained to help people with disabilities or mental health problems, this includes emotional support animals. To fly with an emotional support animal, passengers must provide a letter from a registered mental health professional dated no more than one year prior to the flight date. On domestic flights within the Philippines pets can be transported via Air Cargo.
